The box contains three black amaray cases with three discs.

The obi is huge and covers the whole backside of the box. So if you remove it, it looks like this. Same about BOX 01, but the yellow becomes green there.
The ¥21,000 sticker is the same as on both first season box sets, BD LIVE sticker is new on this box.
Inside the box is this yellow cardboard "insert", here is a picture of the inner side...
...and here is a picture of the outside. An identical insert is in BOX 01, colored green.
And finally a picture of the whole set: Huge obi, the box with the "yellow insert" inside, the 20 pages booklet, the three disc cases, no pamphlets this time but a BD LIVE note instead.
